Bristlecone Ledger Group LLC ("Bristlecone Ledger Group," "we," "us," or "I") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give me directly. When you book a call or contact me, I collect what you choose to provide โ your name and business name, your email and phone number, and what you tell me about your business and the state of your books.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site and the services embedded in it may receive standard technical information such as your browser type, device, and general location from your IP address, used to keep the site working and secure. This site does not run advertising or third-party marketing analytics.
Scheduling and cookies. Appointment booking is handled by Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. When you book, the information you enter goes to Calendly and to me, under Calendly's privacy policy. Aside from what's needed to run booking and keep the site functioning, this site does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
To respond to your inquiry and schedule our call; to provide the bookkeeping and related services you request; to communicate with you about your account and scheduling; to keep records required for tax, legal, and business purposes; and to maintain the security of this site. I do not use your information for advertising, and I don't send marketing messages to people who haven't asked to hear from me.
I do not sell your personal information. I share it only where necessary to run the business and serve you: with service providers that power my work (scheduling through Calendly, email, and accounting software such as QuickBooks Online) who process information on my behalf; with your other professionals, such as your CPA, when you ask me to coordinate; and with authorities or advisors if required by law or to protect legal rights. Client financial records are handled under the confidentiality terms of your engagement agreement and routed through professional accounting systems.
I take reasonable measures to protect the information in my care, including secure access to accounting systems and limiting who can see your data โ which, as a solo practice, is me. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while I work to protect your information, I can't guarantee absolute security.
I keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for as long as our relationship continues plus any period required for tax, legal, and professional-records purposes. If you contacted me but didn't become a client, you can ask me to delete your inquiry information at any time.
You can ask what I hold about you and ask me to correct or delete it, opt out of any non-essential communication, or decline to provide information (though I may not be able to help without what I need to respond). Colorado residents may have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal data and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. I don't sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising. To make a request, contact me below.
This site and these services are intended for businesses and adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
I may update this policy as the business or the law changes. The "last updated" date above will reflect any revision; material changes will be posted here.
